I'm a journalist with over 20 years experience writing for magazines, newspapers, web sites and PR companies and have been a freelance for the past 10 years.
I specialise in health, well being, diet and nutrition, but also write about pregnancy, parenting and general science, as well as real-life stories, celebrity interviews and travel reviews.
I'm a regular contributor to the Daily Mail's weekly Good Health section and also write for many consumer magazines including Top Sante, Healthy Food Guide Magazine, Yours, Woman, Psychologies , Wellbeing for Women, All About Your Fertility, Running Free, At Home with Jo Frost and Spirit and Destiny.
I've also written for Marie Claire magazine's Guru section, Red, Essentials, Woman and Woman's Own Specials and Source (John Lewis magazine). The Pharmacist, P3, The British Medical Journal (news section) and Boots Health Club and Mother and Baby, Pregnancy and Birth, Practical Parenting and Prima Baby .
I also write on-line copy for Trio Media and Bounty.com and the Saga Health Channel and create bespoke health web content for private companies, as well as writing booklets and leaflets and media consultancy for PR companies.
I'm also the author of two health books' Preserving your Womb' (Bladon Publishing and Family Health; the Essential Guide to Diet Medicine and Wellbeing (Flametree Publishing).
I'm also chairman of the Guild of Health Writers and committed to promoting excellence in health writing.
